145th anniversary re-enactment of the Battle of Brice’s Crossroads/Battle of Tupelo June 12-14

*Open to children 8-13. Parents are invited and encouraged to attend.

* Discovery day activities will provide many aspects of the civil war including medicine, engineering, music, uniforms, weapon and ammunitions demonstrations.

* Soldier’s Campfire lunch cooked and served for lunch

* Sign up at Brice’s Crossroads Visitors and Interpretive Center located at 607 Grisham Street. Children will be bused to the battlefield five miles west of the center on Highway 370 west and returned to the center at 2 p.m.
